A beloved rock star named Wednesday's Child battles with his record label for control over the rights to his music. African American screenwriter Charles Eric Johnson was known for his work for television and film throughout the 1970s and 1980s, including "Beyond Atlantis" (1973), "That Man Bolt" (1973), "Slaughter's Big Rip-Off" (1973), and "The George McKenna Story" (1986).
