The story of Stagger Lee, also known as "Stacker Lee" and "Stagolee," an American criminal and subject of African American folk songs throughout the late 19th and 20th centuries.
African-American actor and screenwriter Paul E. Harris was best known for his work as a television, film, and stage actor, appearing in the musicals "Show Boat" (1949), "Annie, Get Your Gun" (1949), and later relocating to Hollywood, most notably starring in "All Night Long" (1962).
