The Song Remains the Same

Burbank, CA: Warner Brothers, 1976. Vintage press kit for the French release of the 1976 film, including seven borderless color lobby cards, eight black and white reference photographs, and one gathering of promotional reading material in French, with a single holograph ink annotation to the first leaf, noting "Sortie le 2 Fevrier 77" ("Released on February 2 1977").

A rock documentary that predicted much of what would happen a decade later with music videos, combining raw live footage of Led Zeppelin at their peak with candid sequences of home life, "fantasies," and conversations.

Shot on location at Madison Square Garden, and in Loch Ness, Scotland, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in Wales, and in New York.

Photographs and lobby cards 10 x 8 inches. Near Fine.

Promotional reading material 8.25 x 11.5 inches. 12 leaves, partially bound with a single staple to the top left corner. Very Good plus, with the first leaf detached from the binding.
