Eight revision pages bound in after the script, and with additional revision pages and a four page "Staff and Crew List" laid in. Copy belonging to uncredited still photographer Jack Stager, with "J. Stager" in manuscript ink on the laid in leaves.

Based on the 1961 play by screenwriter James Goldman. Grieving the death of his wife, a retired judge suffers the delusion that he is Sherlock Holmes and is placed in a mental hospital by his brother, where he meets his Dr. Watson—a psychiatrist named Dr. Mildred Watson.

Set and shot on location in New York City.
