More Songs About Buildings and Food

New York: Sire Records, 1978. Vintage jigsaw puzzle released by Sire Records to promote the Talking Heads 1978 album, "More Songs About Buildings and Food." A 225-piece LP-sized jigsaw puzzle of the Talking Heads iconic album cover art. The cover art, conceived by David Byrne and executed by artist Jimmy De Sana, is a photomosaic of the band created from 529 close-up Polaroid photographs.

The sophomore release from the Talking Heads, and the first of three releases produced by Brian Eno, which transformed the relatively obscure but critically acclaimed band to national notoriety, largely due to the success of the record's only single, a now-iconic cover of Al Green's 1974 song, "Take Me to the River," which pushed the album to gold record status.
