Based on the novel by Mario Puzo, directed and written for the screen by Francis Ford Coppola, and starring Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, James Caan, and Robert Duvall. Script issued by Studio Duplicating Service on the east coast, for use in shooting on location in New Jersey and New York City in the winter of 1971.
Black titled Studio Duplicating Service wrappers. Title page present, dated March 1, 1971, noted as SECOND DRAFT, with credits for screenwriters Coppola and Puzo. 175 leaves, rectos only, mimeograph duplication. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good, bound with two gold screw brads.
