All photographs with printed mimeo snipes affixed to the versos, crediting photographer James Hamilton.

A gay man in 1930s Berlin is captured by the Gestapo and taken to Dachau concentration camp, where he forms a relationship with a fellow prisoner. One of the first major productions to discuss Nazi persecution of homosexuals, adapted for film by Sean Mathias in 1997.
