A man who just got out of a three year stay at a mental hospital is released and immediately mistaken for a millionaire. A con-man takes advantage of the situation. The last movie in which Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor acted as a comedy duo.

Set in Los Angeles, shot on location in Los Angeles.
