Burbank, CA: Warner Brothers, 1970. Three vintage studio still photographs from the 1970 film.

A charming, surreal revisionist Western comedy, following a drifter who finally decides to come to terms with his past and settle down. An unusual move for director Sam Peckinpah, released on the heels of "The Wild Bunch" (1969), and just prior to "Straw Dogs" (1971), both famed for being the high spots of the director's famed odes to violence and male madness.

Set in Arizona, shot on location in Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.

10 x 8 inches. Near Fine, lightly edgeworn.
