One of director John Carpenter's first works, written in collaboration with producer John Longenecker during Carpenter's time as a student at University of Southern California, and winner of an Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film.
Laid in with the script is a manuscript note signed by producer John Longenecker to actor Johnny Crawford: "Johnny / I am looking forward to seeing you soon / so we can get working on this project / this script is just a skullaton [sic] / you'll add the spark of life / Let me know when you'll be here / expect you Sat. or Sun. / I could pick you ip at airport when you call / Best Wishes / John Longenecker / MGM."

Shot on location in California.
Yellow titled wrappers, dated Fall 1969, with credits for screenwriters John Carpenter, James Rokos, Nick Castle, John Longenecker, and Trace Johnston. Title page integral with the front wrapper. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Near Fine, note Very Good, moderately dampstained. Script bound with two gold brads.
