Four brothers fall in love with the same woman, leading one to decide to kill her in a jealous rage. An early film by prolific French director Julien Duvivier, better known for "La Bandera" (1935), "Pépé le Moko" (1937), "Un carnet de bal" (1937), and "Panique" (1946).
