Based on the 1953 novel by Whitman Chambers, about a con woman who tries to swindle her partner-in-crime husband, only for him to fake his own death and begin blackmailing her.

Shot on location in Baja California Sur, Mexico, and on Balboa Island and Laguna Beach in Southern California.

Salmon titled wrappers with credit for screenwriter and novelist Whitman Chambers on the front wrapper. Lacking title page, presumably as issued. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. 56 leaves, with last page of text numbered 55. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, with a closed tear affecting the bottom right corner of the front wrapper, bound with two gold brads.
