A screwball classic about a socialite who must contend with the arrival of her ex-husband and a nosy tabloid reporter on the eve of her wedding to her next husband. The last of four films to star Hepburn and Cary Grant, following "Sylvia Scarlett" (1935), "Bringing Up Baby" (1938), and "Holiday" (1938). Nominated for six Academy Awards, winning two, including Best Actor for James Stewart.
