Clark Gable stars as a lawyer who helps manage the estate of his late brother, who left behind a saucy Italian wife (Loren) and a young son. Gable also managed to gain significant weight during the filming in Italy, due primarily to his acquired taste for the local cuisine. This would be the last film of his to be released during his lifetime.
