Lang's first Hollywood film and second talkie, considered one of his finest efforts, and one of three films in 1936 that propelled Spencer Tracy to the upper echelons of stardom. An important precursor to film noir, which would develop directly from the expressionist style Lang and others brought to Hollywood from Germany beginning in the early 1930s.

6.75 x 11.75 inches. Near Fine, quite bright, with a coupe of tiny closed tears and light creasing to the top edge.
