Based on the short story "Here on a Visit" by Edward Cannon. Copies belonging to producer Tony Bill with his signature in black manuscript ink at the top right corner: "Tony Bill producer." Included is a typed letter of provenance signed by Bill.

A warm, honest comedy that follows three retired men living on social security who decide to pull off a bank heist to finance their last days, and more importantly to bring some excitement to their otherwise humdrum lives. The first major feature film from director and screenwriter Martin Brest, who would go on to make the blockbuster success "Beverly Hills Cop," and who was only 28 at the time this film was shot.

Set in New York City, shot on location there and in Las Vegas.
