The story of the birth of Jesus Christ, retold in the modern era. Two socialites marry against the will of their parents, setting off to travel the world shortly after they are wed. The wife's eventual pregnancy is a mystery to her husband, as the marriage has never been consummated.

Set in San Francisco.
