The supposed memoir of a showgirl, who begins who career simply as a beautiful woman who think she is untalented in all other areas, and ends up embarrassing herself rather often at the start of her career. She eventually develops a camaraderie with her fellow performers and begins to accept her life with people who care about her.
Set in England.
