Two original photographs of Alessandro Albrizzi, circa 1950s

Paris: William Morris Agency, Circa 1950s. Two vintage borderless satin-finish photographs of Venetian-born artist and designer Alessandro Albrizzi. One shows Albrizzi shirtless on the seaside, the other him posed in a shirt and slacks. One photo has the stamp of William Morris Agency on the verso.

Albrizzi opened his first shop in 1968 in London, at One Sloan Square, and would go on to open stores across the world. His clean, minimal designs are today highly regarded as highlights of the modernist era.

One photograph 9.75 x 6.5 inches, the other 8 x 11.25 inches. Very Good plus.
