Amid citywide protests over increasingly brutal gang violence, a middle-aged police officer decides to take matters into his own hands by donning a World War II officer's uniform and taking to the streets as a Thompson-toting, crime-fighting vigilante.

Set in Huntington Park, Los Angeles.
