The Sacrifice
N.p. N.p., 1977. Draft script for an unproduced film. With several manuscript ink annotations throughout noting grammatical revisions. Laid in with the script is a typed letter dated June 25, 1982, addressed to casting agent Paul Kohner from screenwriter Leonard Yakir, recommending actor Klaus Kinski for the lead role.
The Old Testament story of Abraham, who is asked to sacrifice his son Isaac on Moriah as a test of his faith to God.
Set in Israel.
White non-standard titled wrappers, dated February, 1977, with credits for screenwriter LEONARD YAKIR. Title page integral on the front wrapper, as issued. 59 leaves, with last page of text numbered 60. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Very Good plus, wrapper Very Good plus, with a black comb binding.
