A woman with an innate talent for blackjack joins up with a seasoned gambler and the pair start to rake in the cash—before the casino catches wise. Screenwriter Michael Blake's debut film, and the first of two collaborations between Blake and actor Kevin Costner, followed by the Oscar-winning 1990 film "Dances with Wolves."

Set in Reno, Nevada, shot on location in San Francisco and Reno.

Black non-standard titled wrappers. Title page present, dated 1981, with credits for screenwriter Michael Blake. 122 leaves, with last page of text numbered 119. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Very Good, wrapper Very Good plus, with a light dampstain to the first few leaves and wrapper, bound internally with three gold brads.
