"the Magnificent Seven Deadly Sins" is a seven-part anthology based on the seven deadly sins, satirizing contemporary British society. In "Avarice," this first episode, a wealthy man orders his chauffeur to retrieve a 50p coin inadvertently dropped down a sewage drain, but fires the servant after seeing the unpleasant mess created by the effort.
