A failed journalist in southern Germany befriends a young married couple, but the friendship begins to deteriorate when he takes compromising photographs of the wife with another man. A key Chabrol film, predecessor to his thrillers made later in the decade.

Set and shot on location in Germany and France.

12 x 9.5 inches. Two leaves, folded vertically and bound with two staples. Very Good plus, with light edgewear, creasing, and pinholes to the corners.
