D'Arbanville was cast by Andy Warhol in her first feature film at the age of 16, in the 1968 film "Flesh." She went on to appear in a number of risqué roles throughout the 1970s and 1980s, including Andy Warhol's "L'Amour" in 1973 and David Hamilton's "Bilitis" in 1977.
