N.p. N.p., Circa 1959. Collection of six vintage contact sheets from the 1959 film, all test shots of female actors. In the collection are five prints with four images each, and one smaller print with a single image, totaling six prints and 21 images.

Based on Rene Lefevre's 1955 novel "Rue des Prairies." A prisoner of war returns home to find himself widowed and in charge of three children, and resorts to heavy drinking to mute the trauma of his experiences.

Shot in Paris, Val-d'Oise, and Saint-Denis, France.
