1015 Folsom is a popular San Francisco music and performance venue which opened in 1989, previously Das Klub (1985-1989).

Elbows Akimbo was an avant-garde performance ensemble in the San Francisco underground scene of the late 1980s through the mid 1990s, founded by director Thomas Schulz and singer/songwriter, poet, and author Diana Rosalind.
