Set in Arizona, shot on location in Los Angeles, California, and Flagstaff, and Sedona, Arizona.

8 x 11.25 inches folded bi-fold. 16.25 x 11.25 inches unfolded. Very Good, with creasing at the top left and right corners and one small tear at the bottom right edges through both pages folded. Also one large crease across the center of the program.
