Original photograph of Elizabeth Taylor with Mike Todd at the Academy Awards in 1957

N.p. N.p., 1957. Vintage photograph of actress Elizabeth Taylor and her then-husband, producer Mike Todd, at the 1957 Academy Awards.

Todd would receive the Best Picture Oscar for his 1956 film "Around the World in 80 Days."

Taylor and Todd's relationship, while typically tempestuous, was the only one of Taylor's seven marriages to not end in divorce—Todd died in a private plane accident in March of 1958, just over a year after their marriage.
