Teenager Billy is an amateur (upskirt) photographer who inadvertently causes his father's accidental death and mother's nervous breakdown when he shows his dad pictures he took of his mother with another man. Afterward he goes on to live with grabby Aunt Janet, with whom he develops a disturbingly close relationship.
