A gritty crime thriller about a racist Irish cop who is forced to turn in his badge after killing a Puerto Rican suspect while in pursuit of the man that killed his former partner. The second film based on the experiences of real-life New York policeman Eddie Egan, following William Friedkin's 1971 film "The French Connection" two years prior.

Set and shot on location in New York.

8 x 10 inches. Very Good plus.
