Based on the anonymously published 1748 French novel "Les Bijoux Indiscrets" ("The Indiscreet Jewels") by Denis Diderot. Lamour stars as Joëlle, a beautiful executive who experiences a mysterious infection in her vagina, which stems from her adolescence, allowing it to speak. A hardcore cult hit which spawned the 1977 sequel "Le Sexe qui parle II," also directed by Claude Mulot.
