Michael Caine, Geraldine Moffat, Ian Hendry, Britt Ekland, John Osborne, Tony Beckley, George Sewell (starring)
Mike Hodges (director, screenwriter)
Ted Lewis (novel)

N.p. N.p., Circa 1971. Vintage oversize double weight satin-finish reference photograph from the 1971 film, showing Michael Caine rescuing his daughter (Geraldine Moffat) from a London drug den. An instance in which the size of the photograph makes the image—which was used for a special design of the original theatrical poster in the UK—especially impactful. Annotations in manuscript ink and pencil and the stamp of photographer Terry O'Neill on the verso.

Based on Ted Lewis' 1970 novel "Jack's Return Home." Considered by many to be the greatest British hard boiled crime drama of the 1970s, and a turning point for Caine in his portrayal of a grim antihero. The film also marked an auspicious beginning for director Mike Hodges, who would go on to work with Caine in "Pulp" (1972).

10 x 14 inches. Very Good plus.
