New York: Globe Photos, Circa 1958. Vintage borderless oversize photograph of actress Lauren Bacall with her daughter, Leslie Howard Bogart, and her son Stephen Humphrey Bogart, circa 1958. Globe Photos stamp on the verso, with annotation in manuscript pencil crediting photographer Phil Stern.

Bacall had two children with husband Humphrey Bogart, and the couple remained married until Bogart's death of esophageal cancer in 1957.

Phil Stern worked as a photographer for LOOK magazine during the mid and late 20th century, capturing now-iconic portraits of Hollywood stars such as Marilyn Monroe, Marlon Brando, Louis Armstrong, and James Dean, among many others.

From the archive of the PIX Agency, an American photo house that acted as an intermediary between emigre photographers (as well as those still living in Europe) and the American magazine and newspaper market between 1935-1969.
