Binghamton, New York: Maureen O'Hara Fan Club, 1955-1961. Archive of twelve issues of the Maureen O'Hara's Fan Club's fanzine, 1955-1961.

Included in the archive are over 50 original photographs (ranging from 2.75 x 3.75 inches to 5.5 x 4 inches overall), largely of O'Hara, but also include other actors and fan club members, tipped into the fanzine with photo-corners (with the exception of two photographs in Vol. II, No. 1, which were glued in place). The issues range from 36 to 68 pages each, and all but one feature an illustration of O'Hara on the front wrapper made by a fan club member (Vol. 5, No. 3 features a reproduction of a photograph of O'Hara with fan club president John Kolcun).

The Maureen O'Hara Fan Club was founded in August 1955 by fan club president and editor John Kolcun of Binghamton, New York, and was supported and promoted by O'Hara (the "Honorary President" of the fan club), who frequently wrote an opening letter and supplied photographs for use in the fanzine. The first issue of the fanzine, "Maureen O'Hara," found in the archive here, was released in the fall of 1955.
