George Harrison and Ravi Shankar's 1974 North American tour, commonly referred to as the "Dark Horse" tour, ran from November 2 to December 20, 1974. The tour also served as a launching point for Harrison's record label, Dark Horse Records.

From the archive of the PIX Agency, an American photo house that acted as an intermediary between emigre photographers (as well as those still living in Europe) and the American magazine and newspaper market between 1935-1969.
