Obsessive neurotic Vince is kicked out of his house by his wife, Wendy, who is sick and tired of his childish antics, and wants a fresh start after their daughter, Sally, moves in with her boyfriend Vinny. Screenwriters David Silverman and Steve Sustarsic were best known for their work as animators and screenwriters for sitcom television.
