Gregory Peck stars as an American ambassador who begins to believe the child he is raising may be the antichrist. Winner of an Academy Award. The film spawned a franchise, followed by "Damien - Omen II" (1978), "The Final Conflict" (1981), and "Omen IV: The Awakening" (1991), as well as a 2006 remake and a prequel in 2024.

Shot on location in London, Berkshire, and Surrey, England and Rome.
