Brian McNamara stars as an ex-Los Angeles Vice Cop, who moves to Manhattan, Arizona, and becomes the sheriff, after his wife is canned in spring light water when attempting to cut dolphins out of tuna nets for Greenpeace. In this episode McNamara takes the job of Manhattan's sheriff and begins to realize just how strange the residents are.
