From the archive of noted Hollywood still photographer Ray Jones. Born in Wisconsin on January 1, 1901, Jones worked for Paramount Pictures in the early 1930s, and went on to be the head of the still photography department at Universal Pictures in 1935, where he worked well into the 1950s.

Helen Parrish made her screen debut at the age of four, playing Babe Ruth's daughter in the 1927 silent film "Babe Comes Home." Daughter of stage actress Laura R. Parrish, Helen became a stage, screen, and television actress who appeared in over 60 films from 1927 to 1951. Some of her more notable film appearances include "Made About Music" (1938), "X Marks the Spot" (1931 and the 1942 remake), "I'm Nobody's Sweetheart Now" (1940), and "Too Many Blondes" (1941). By her mid 20s Parrish turned to television, co-hosting the "Hour Glass" variety show (1946-47), "It's a Good Idea" (1953), "This Is Your Music" (1953), as well as the supporting role of Geraldine Rutherford in the first season of the beloved television series "Leave It To Beaver" (1957-58).
