Loosely based on the 1871 novel "Demons" by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. Jean-Luc Godard's wry, improvisational take on politics of the late 1960s, following five disaffected students studying the teachings of Mao Zedong and debating the use of terrorism to achieve revolution.

Set and shot on location in Paris.
