An exploitation film about a police officer who pursues a flasher. The film's intended director, Cy Howard, was better known for his work in comedy in the 1960s, most notably creating the long-running radio series "My Friend Irma," and the Emmy Award-winning television series "The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour."
