An exploitation film owing much to the 1935 classic "Bride of Frankenstein," as well as technological advances with DNA in the 1970s. A scientist discovers a method to accelerate the birth cycle to just a few days. The maturation process has detrimental side effects, and the mature adult, a woman, shows homicidal tendencies.

Set in Los Angeles.
