Fred Williamson's unofficial sequel to his 1974 film "Three the Hard Way," which also starred Williamson, Jim Brown, and Jim Kelly. Williamson and Brown are a pair of tough cops who go after the mob that fixed their friend, Richard Roundtree's martial arts tournament, and shot their friend Jim Kelly.

Set in and shot on location in New York and New Jersey.
