Based on Stanis aw Lem's 1951 novel "The Astronauts," about a team of astronauts who discover the remains of a long-dead civilization on Venus. Released in the US—with much of the film's socialist messaging removed—as a double feature with the 1958 Japanese monster film "Varan the Unbelievable."
Shot on location in Zakopane and Wroc aw, Poland.
10 x 8 inches. Very Good to Very Good plus, two with bruises on the bottom margins, and one with a tide mark on the bottom right corner.
