With an additional, unidentified contemporary signature below the authors' on the limitation page (see image).

Laid in is a photograph of Fokker and two other pilots in an early airplane, with an annotation noting, "Tony Fokker at Controls," cropping annotations, and a numeric stamp on the verso.

Very Good plus lacking the dust jacket, with a slight lean and light toning to the spine.
