Based on Mitch Albom's 1997 memoir, about his time spent with his former college professor, who is dying of Lou Gehrig's disease. Winner of several Primetime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Lead Actor for Jack Lemmon and Outstanding Supporting Actor for Hank Azaria. Lemmon's final film role before his death in 2001.

Set in Detroit and Boston, shot on location in Los Angeles and Santa Clarita.
