Krippendorf's Tribe

Burbank, CA: Touchstone Pictures, 1997. Collection of 59 vintage call sheets from the 1998 film, dating from March 26 through July 14, 1997. All the call sheets except one printed on the rectos and versos, and five call sheets with manuscript marker annotations noting call times being changed. Laid in is a map of the UCLA campus with copied annotations of two shooting locations and services for the cast and crew.

Based on the 1985 novel by Frank Parkin. Richard Dreyfuss stars as a widowed anthropologist who receives a grant to find the last undiscovered tribe of New Guinea, and upon failing to find the tribe, gives a lecture about a fictitious tribe and has his children dress up as tribe members for a series of fake documentary videos.

Set in and shot on location in Hawaii and Los Angeles.
