In this series, a medical examiner tries to uncover the causes for mysterious deaths. In this episode, the ME investigates how the black plague infected a number of people living on a Native American reservation.

Set in Los Angeles.

Orange wrappers, with tape adhered to the front wrapper and manuscript ink annotation indicating the title of the series and episode. Title page present, with credits for screenwriter David Mossinger, with a large section cut from the top right corner. 64 leaves, with last page of text numbered 59.
