Syndicated animated series about an eleven-year old who becomes a top secret spy, which premiered on September 23, 1996 and aired for a single 36-episode season, ending on May 26, 1997. In this episode Colonel Muckbar buys the BLAP disk from Lazlo Gigahertz (Tim Curry) and threatens to blow up the Hoover Dam if he doesn't get two billion dollars.

Front wrapper integral with the title page, dated 3/21/69, noted as FINAL DRAFT, with credits for screenwriter Bill Baunstein. 44 leaves, with last page of text numbered 43. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, bound with two gold brads.
